We keep your privacy simple. Here is exactly what we do, and the choices you have.

Cookies

HYLA sets a single, strictly-necessary cookie that keeps you signed in while you use your account. It is required for the site to work, so there is nothing to switch off. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and we load no third-party trackers — so there are no cookie preferences to manage here.

Communications

We only contact you about your own booking — confirmations, your agreement, deposits and reminders. We do not send marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Your data and your choices

You are always in control of your information. You can:

  • Change your password any time from your account page.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, by emailing divine@hyla.makeup.
  • Delete your data or close your account by emailing us — we will remove what we are not required by law to keep.
